The weightlifting program and dietary advice that Maki gave me has worked wonders. I've shed most of my abdominal fat and my body is a lot more defined than before. In fact, most of my pants no longer fit me now. I feel lighter and faster on my feet during Judo than before, thanks to Maki's guidance.
